Refund policy

You may ask to return an item during the 30 days following delivery.

A return qualifies only when the item remains as received: unworn or unused, with its tags attached and original packaging intact. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.

Begin the process by emailing mk83923064@gmail.com. Approved returns must be sent to 352 Mudd Ave, Lafayette, Louisiana 70501, US.

After accepting the request, we will provide a return shipping label together with directions for when and where to send the parcel. Merchandise returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Check your order as soon as it arrives. Notify us immediately about a defect, damage, or incorrect item so we can review the problem and make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants; custom or personalized products; and personal-care goods cannot be returned. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are also ineligible. Contact us if you are unsure whether a particular item qualifies.

Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.

Exchanges

For the quickest exchange, return the item you have; after that return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Regardless of the rules above, merchandise shipped into the European Union may be cancelled or returned for any reason, without justification, within 14 days. The item must still be unused or unworn, tagged, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will tell you after the return has arrived and been inspected and will confirm whether the refund is approved. An approved amount is automatically returned to the original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or card provider may need additional processing time.
