Shipping carriers

Standard, expedited, and priority delivery are provided through DHL and USPS. After fulfillment, transit generally takes 1–7 business days unless the carrier experiences an unavoidable delay. Express options through FedEx and USPS are available for an added charge and may be selected at checkout. Transit estimates can vary, delivery dates are not guaranteed, and our Support team can provide further details.

Fulfillment guarantee

We will fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If no shipping-confirmation email has reached you by the third business day after placing the order, ask our Support team for help.

Freight and shipping forwarders

Orders may not be directed to freight forwarders or shipping-forwarding services. We will cancel an order intended for such a destination and provide a full refund.
